The Golden Boar is a family run business and our aim is to offer you an outstanding experience in dining and service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
It is a delightful country pub & award-winning restaurant that exudes warmth and retains all of its 16th century charm, with timber frames and open fire places. At the bar there are four traditional hand pumps serving the finest real ale whilst we also have a fantastic range of wines and champagne from both the new and old world.
Situated to the back of the bar is the modern yet cosy restaurant which is split into two levels with the lower level situated in a large conservatory with scenic views of the Suffolk countryside; making it the perfect setting for a quiet meal or a large party both of which can be effortlessly catered for.
